Low Speed Vehicle

Background

The College of Charleston is seeking to purchase a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) as part of its operational needs. The goal of this contract is to acquire one (1) Low Speed Vehicle equipped with an LSV Package to enhance the college's transportation capabilities.

Work Details

The contractor will provide the following items: 1. One (1) Low Speed Vehicle, specifically a 2026 Dach Apollo Forward Facing model with seating for four. This vehicle must be delivered to the College by June 30, 2026. 2. One (1) LSV Package that includes necessary features and specifications as outlined in the solicitation.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed from the date of award until June 30, 2026, when the vehicle must be delivered.

Place of Performance

The delivery location for the Low Speed Vehicle is the College of Charleston.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must register as a vendor on the College's Procurement Platform to view the solicitation details. Additionally, if subcontracting is intended for more than 10% of the work, bidders must identify subcontractors and their respective roles. Bidders claiming SC Resident Vendor Preference must maintain an office in South Carolina and provide relevant details.
