Background The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support is issuing Solicitation SPE8E326R0001 for the Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Tailored Logistics Support (TLS) Contracts. This initiative aims to enhance the supply and logistics capabilities for the Department of Defense (DoD), military installations, and other federal agencies worldwide. The goal is to provide a more adaptive and resilient support system that meets the needs of authorized customers globally. Work Details The contract will involve multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for MRO products and services. Awardees will supply various types of MRO products/services including: 1. Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) supplies; 2. Plumbing supplies; 3. Electrical products; 4. Tools; 5. Chemical, lubricating, and rubber products; 6. Construction supplies; 7. Pre-fabricated structures; 8. Perimeter security items; 9. Communication devices; 10. Appliances (excluding food service equipment); 11. Janitorial and sanitation products; 12. Facilities maintenance-related heavy equipment; 13. Aviation and shipyard maintenance-related products; 14. Surveillance equipment; 15. Environmental testing equipment; 16. Weather testing equipment; 17. Personal protective equipment. All items must conform to commercial specifications, with a requirement for firm-fixed ceiling prices on at least 90% of the Price Evaluation List (PEL). The maximum dollar value for all contracts awarded under this solicitation is $10,428,000,000. Period of Performance The base ordering period is two years with four optional two-year extensions. Place of Performance Worldwide delivery locations as specified in each Request for Quote (RFQ) and resulting delivery orders. Bidder Requirements Bidders must be registered in the Joint Contingency Contracting System (JCCS) prior to award and maintain eligibility throughout the contract's life. They must also comply with domestic sourcing restrictions including the Trade Agreements Act and Berry Amendment requirements.
