Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent based on prior contract W912DR25P0011, awarded to G & H Anderson Excavating for “RAYSTOWN GRAVEL ROAD MAINTENANCE” at the Raystown Lake project (award value $86,436; 07/10/25–12/19/25). The current scope calls for the same types of gravel road maintenance activities—such as culvert removal/installation, headwalls and riprap splash pad installation, drainage ditch cleaning, stone placement and compaction, and seeding—suggesting the work is a continuation of the existing road maintenance effort at the same project location.
