Background

Period of Performance

The initial term of the contract is three (3) years, starting from the date of final contract execution or December 21, 2026, whichever is later.

Place of Performance

The delivery location for the products will be the Murdoch Developmental Center Warehouse located at: Attn: Food & Nutrition,1600 East E Street, Butner, NC,27509.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must be registered with the North Carolina Secretary of State and maintain good standing as a North Carolina registered Vendor throughout the contract duration. They are required to provide evidence of their ability to supply brand-specific products without substitutions and must comply with all state regulations regarding fair employment practices.
