Building Signage - Banners

Background

This solicitation is issued by the College of Charleston for the Campus Building Signage Project, specifically focusing on the installation of banners. The goal is to enhance campus visibility and provide clear informational signage in various locations around the campus.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for providing and installing banners at specified locations on campus. The details include: 1. Wall Near Student Health Services (181 Calhoun St) - Vendor must use existing frame. 2. Warren Place (10 Warren St) - Vendor must use existing frame. 3. King and Warren streets (427 Warren St) - Lift required for measurements and installation provided by the vendor. 4. Sottile Theatre (44 George St) - Lift required for measurements and installation provided by the vendor. 5. George Street Apartments (55 George St) - Lift required for measurements and installation provided by the vendor. 6. Craig Hall – three banners at 65 George St (all have the same dimensions). A permit fee is required, and within seven business days of receiving a purchase order, the contractor shall complete a site survey with the CofC project manager to identify any existing or obstructing signs.

Period of Performance

The contract performance period begins upon receipt of a purchase order and is expected to be completed in accordance with project timelines as outlined in the solicitation.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed at various locations on the College of Charleston campus, including but not limited to 181 Calhoun St, 10 Warren St, 427 Warren St, 44 George St, 55 George St, and 65 George St.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must register as a vendor on the College of Charleston's Procurement Platform to view the solicitation details. Additionally, bidders must comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation, including providing references from at least three current customers for similar products/services.
