Background

Work Details

The contract will cover the procurement of science materials required by the New Castle County Vo-Tech School District. Period of Performance

The contract period will commence on June 23, 2026, and will conclude on June 23, 2027. There is an option for three additional one-year extensions through negotiation with the New Castle County Vo-Tech School District.

Place of Performance

The contract will be performed within the geographic boundaries of New Castle County, Delaware, specifically at locations designated by the New Castle County Vo-Tech School District.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. They are required to provide proof of State of Delaware Business Licensure prior to receiving an award. Additionally, bidders must carry mandatory insurance coverage including Worker’s Compensation, Commercial General Liability ($1 million per occurrence), and Automotive Liability Insurance. The Bid Bond requirement has been waived for this contract.
