Background

The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking to establish a new enterprise agreement for Salesforce products and services. This initiative aims to standardize terms and pricing for Salesforce LLC Solutions across various state agencies, ensuring that all users benefit from consistent pricing structures. The goal is to enhance the Commonwealth's digital infrastructure and services while providing competitive pricing reflective of available discounts.

Work Details

The contractor will provide cloud-based products, services, and solutions from Salesforce, including but not limited to: CRM, case management, analytics, embedded reporting, integration capabilities, AI-enabled workflow support, and accessibility-compliant digital experiences. The contractor must ensure that all functionality currently in use is included in the pricing without excluding existing capabilities or features. Additionally, the contractor is expected to offer professional services credits and migration incentives to assist in transitioning existing on-premises environments to the Salesforce Cloud. The contract will also allow for future purchases of newly released Salesforce products without requiring a new procurement process.

Period of Performance

The estimated term of the contract is an initial 36 months with the possibility of two additional 24-month renewal terms. Pricing agreed upon will remain static for the initial term and can increase by no more than 3% for each subsequent renewal term.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed primarily within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with specific locations determined based on agency needs.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be current ITS86 Category 1 awardees to qualify for this RFQ. They are required to demonstrate compliance with applicable laws regarding data privacy and security, including handling personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI). Bidders must also provide evidence of their ability to meet the Commonwealth’s Enterprise Information Security Standards and Policies.
