Description Sources Sought RFI # 36C24826Q0725 This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposal or quotes and does not obligate the Government toward a contract. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification to include LARGE AND SMALL BUSINESS AS WELL AS THE FOLLOWING: (Service Disabled owned, Veteran owned small business, Hub Zone, 8(a), small disadvantaged, women owned, small) relative to 562998, All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services (business size standard $16.5 Million). Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After reviewing the responses to this Sources Sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published in www.SAM.gov, also known as Contract Opportunities. Responses to this Sources Sought synopsis are NOT considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in order to be considered. The Department of Veterans Affairs, James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), is seeking sources to provide Drain & Grease Trap Maintenance. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, travel, and equipment to provide maintenance and repair services for identified Drain Lines and Interceptor/Trap System Maintenance and Repair for the locations covered in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). If you are interested, and can provide the required services, please provide the requested information as indicated below. Background The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital (JAHVH), is seeking qualified sources to provide Drain & Grease Trap Maintenance services. This initiative aims to ensure that the drain lines and interceptor traps are operational and meet the requirements of mission-critical facilities. The contract will involve maintenance and repair services for identified drain lines and interceptor/trap systems at the hospital located in Tampa, Florida. Work Details The Contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, travel, and equipment necessary for maintenance and repair services for the following: 1. **5K Gallon Grease Interceptor/Trap** located in Building 1 - Quarterly service including removal of contents and pressure washing. 2. **1K Gallon Grease Interceptor/Trap** located in Building 38 - Quarterly service including removal of contents and pressure washing. 3. **1250 Gallon Grease Interceptor/Trap** located in Building 100 - Quarterly service including removal of contents and pressure washing (4 units). 4. **Piping** from interceptor/trap to source inside buildings (3 units) - Semi-annual jetting service. 5. **Storm Water Drainage System** on campus - Annual cleaning and maintenance for 1000 linear feet. 6. **Sanitary Septic System** on campus - Annual cleaning and maintenance for 3000 linear feet from building/interceptor to discharge perimeter fence. 7. **Lift Station** repairs (8 units) - Quarterly emergent repairs as needed. 8. Additional emergent repairs as needed (20 units) with no specified frequency. Place of Performance The services will be performed at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, located at 13000 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, Florida 33612.
