Work Requested

The contract requires the contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services to perform a Comprehensive Physical Inventory of Tangible Equipment Assets for the Port Everglades Department, in accordance with the provided Specifications and Requirements. Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by the Port Everglades Department.

Background

This is an open-end/indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation does not guarantee a specific quantity of goods or services. Any quantities mentioned are for estimation purposes only. The County may issue purchase orders as needed, provide blanket purchase orders for individual agencies, or allow direct purchase orders by various County agencies. The County also reserves the right to procure amounts above any stated guaranteed minimum quantity by any method from any other source(s), or use any combination of these methods.

Contract Requirements

- No delivery of goods or performance of services is due or will be accepted without a written purchase order and delivery instruction from the County, unless otherwise expressly provided in the solicitation. - Each order will specify the quantity, delivery time, and other relevant details. - If the County requires delivery sooner than specified and the Vendor cannot comply at the contracted price, the County may procure such delivery from other sources without penalty or prejudice, and this will not constitute a contract violation.
