The VA Boston Healthcare System (VABHCS) aims to provide timely, effective, and high-quality mission-critical non-clinical services at the West Roxbury facility. The primary goal of this contract is to ensure operational reliability and maintain a safe work environment for all personnel and visitors. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing all supplies, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary for the maintenance and repair of building structures and related systems. Specific tasks include: 1. Purchase and installation of the Sterirack Storage System to replace existing shelving in the SPS Tray & Soft Goods Storage Area. 2. Disassembly and removal of existing storage units with disposal as directed by the facility. 3. Minor floor surface patching where existing track systems are removed. 4. Assembly and full installation of the Sterirack system according to approved layout drawings. 5. Installation of labeling components and color-coding. 6. Relocation of trays and supplies from existing storage locations into the new system. Deliverables include a fully installed Sterirack Storage System that is organized, color-coded, and compliant with infection control standards.
