Summary (Newest Update)

Background The U.S. Air Force's Kessel Run is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to identify qualified industry partners capable of executing, sustaining, and modernizing the Marauder capability. The goal is to transition Marauder from a government-led organic development model to a vendor-executed model while maintaining operational availability across all classification levels and advancing automation capabilities, external system integrations, and data interoperability in a dynamic operational environment. Work Details The scope of work includes full software development life cycle (SDLC) support for the Marauder capability, which encompasses: - Transition & Knowledge Transfer: Assume technical and operational responsibility for the existing codebase and production environments from the current Kessel Run Balanced Team. - Continuous Operations: Sustain current production baselines at Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret levels for over 20,000 active users. - Modernization & Continuous Development: Design, develop, and deploy new features that enhance the intelligence cycle through advanced automation and data integration. - User Support & Training: Provide help desk support and training programs as required by warfighters and stakeholders. The desired outcomes include extreme automation to streamline workflows and drastically reduce manual data entry and administrative burdens. Period of Performance The anticipated transition must occur before the expiration of current support mechanisms in late 2027. Place of Performance The contract will be performed on a government-owned cloud platform.
