HUDL Cloud-Based Athletic Performance Platform Integration

Background

Hobbs Municipal Schools is seeking to procure Hudl software and related services to support their athletic programs. The goal of this contract is to enhance video capture, analysis, performance review, and coaching development through a fully integrated, cloud-based athletic performance platform provided by Hudl Inc.

Work Details

The contract includes the following services and products: - Provision of Hudl video analysis software platform for athletic programs. - Cloud-based storage and management of game and practice footage. - Tools for video breakdown, tagging, and performance analysis. - Access for coaches and authorized staff to review and share footage. - Integration with Hudl-supported recording equipment. - Technical support, training resources, and customer service. - Secure access controls for student-athlete video content. - Ongoing software updates and platform maintenance.

Period of Performance

The initial term of the contract is one (1) year from the execution date, with options to renew annually for up to four (4) total years.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at Hobbs Municipal Schools in New Mexico.

Bidder Requirements

The prospective contractor must have an active SHARE Vendor Number (26-0568054) and comply with all applicable state regulations regarding sole source procurement.
