Background This solicitation is issued by the McDonald Army Health Center located at Fort Eustis, VA, for Bulk Laundry Services. The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive laundry services to support the health center's operations. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Submit a Level I Training Report within 30 calendar days and annually thereafter. 2. Provide Contractor Point of Contact Information no later than the contract start date. 3. Maintain Contract Employee Training Records and submit them within 4 hours of government request. 4. Complete iWATCH Training within 30 days of contract award. 5. Provide Health Certification/Immunization Records within 30 days of contract award and annually thereafter. 6. Submit a Quality Management System Proposal as outlined in PWS Paragraph 1.6. 7. Develop and submit a Contingency Plan as per PWS Paragraph 1.8. 8. Provide an Exposure Control Plan within 14 days after contract award, with any changes submitted within 30 days to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). 9. Submit a Health & Safety Plan within 14 days after contract award, with any changes submitted within 30 days to the COR. 10. Implement OCI Mitigation measures within 5 days of OCI discovery as per PWS Paragraph 1.22. 11. Conduct Operations Security (OPSEC) Training within 30 calendar days of hire and annually thereafter as per PWS Paragraph 1.4.2.10.4. 12. Ensure compliance with the Privacy Act and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) training requirements within 30 days of starting work and annually no later than the anniversary of the contract as per PWS Paragraphs 1.4.2.10.3 and related sections. Place of Performance The services will be performed at Fort Eustis, VA.
