Background The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing this solicitation for the installation of removable safety guardrails to provide fall protection at Building 2592A Van Bay, located on the USACE Mission Support Battalion in Alexandria, VA. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. Work Details The contractor is required to install removable safety guardrails as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor must develop a Quality Control Plan (QCP) that ensures compliance with contract requirements and addresses any defective services. The QCP must be submitted for acceptance at the time of award and may require modifications during the performance period. The contractor will not be reimbursed for any services not performed as per the SOW.
