Background The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is seeking to enhance its educational offerings by providing a digital Video Communications program aimed at preparing high school students for careers in the Audio/Video Technology industry and certification in Adobe Premiere Pro video editing software. The goal of this contract is to supply Video Communications I seat licenses and related support, ensuring that instructional resources align with DoDEA standards and best practices. Work Details The contractor shall provide commercial off-the-shelf, 100% digital courseware for students and teachers, including professional learning and technical support for the Video Communications I course. Specific tasks include: - Delivering instructional materials aligned with the Video Communication Pathway Competencies and Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) objectives. - Providing formative and summative assessments that meet or exceed required standards. - Offering product training that includes an overview of materials, website navigation, and directions for use. - Ensuring all proposed solutions are compliant with Section 508 accessibility standards. - Submitting various documentation including a Pricing Sheet, Terms of Service Addendum, Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR), Privacy Checklist, and Past Performance Questionnaire. Period of Performance The contract will be performed from June 24, 2026, to June 23, 2027, with options extending through June 23, 2029. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at locations specified by the Department of Defense Education Activity.
