Background

The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) is seeking to procure a subscription for Broadcom Automic Automation for Hybrid Cloud. This procurement aims to enhance the agency's operational capabilities through advanced automation solutions, aligning with their mission to provide safe and efficient transportation services.

Work Details

The contract includes the following products and services: 1. COTS Software: Broadcom Automic Automation for Hybrid Cloud, which includes 5000 job executions. 2. Installation and Training Services: Detailed descriptions of required services and deliverables are expected to be provided by the vendor. 3. Manufacturer’s Software Warranty/Maintenance: Vendors must provide a detailed description of warranty and maintenance requirements.

Period of Performance

The contract is set to commence on July 1, 2026, and will conclude on June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed at MDOT/OTTS located at 7201 Corporate Center Dr, Hanover, MD 21076.

Bidder Requirements

This is a Certified Small Business Procurement limited to certified small business vendors as per the State Finance and Procurement Article, §§14-501—14-505. Vendors must be registered to do business in the State of Maryland through the Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT) and must include a Letter of Authorization from Broadcom if applicable.
