Hail Damage HVAC Repairs - Districtwide

Scope of Work

The primary work requested under this contract involves districtwide repairs to HVAC systems that have sustained hail damage. Contractors are expected to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to restore HVAC units to full operational status across all affected facilities within the Belton Independent School District.

Background

This Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RCSP) is an approved procurement method, compliant with Chapter 2269, Subchapter D of the Texas Government Code. The purpose is to address and repair hail damage to HVAC systems throughout the district.

Contract Requirements

- Proposals must address all aspects of hail damage HVAC repairs across the district. - The owner will select the proposal that provides the "best value" to the District, based on the selection criteria outlined in the RCSP. - BISD reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals, award contracts as deemed advantageous, negotiate separately as necessary, and waive all formalities as permitted by law to serve the best interests of the District.
