Background The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement of a Brand Name PEPRO 1-Bay Micro Site Cabinet. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. The goal of this contract is to deliver and install a micro shelter at the Rocky Mountain National Park, specifically at the Meadow Mountain repeater site, to enhance communication capabilities. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to deliver and install one complete setup of the PEPRO 1-Bay Micro Shelter. The installation includes: - Delivery of the micro shelter to Rocky Mountain National Park, C/O Warehouse, 1000 US Highway 36, Estes Park, CO 80503. - Offloading from delivery truck/trailer by the delivery company. - Installation tasks include setting up the following components: - 1-Bay Micro Shelter - DC Layout - 19-inch Center Post Rack - Battery Tray (Center Post battery tray) - Rack mounted Bussbar - Dual DC Entry - Passive ventilation system - A 20-foot two-piece mast - Antennas (ANT150F2 and ANT425F21) - Base Frame (towable frame without wheels, tongue or axles) - Ufer Grounded concrete Pad (4 units) - Steel ballast plates (32 plates total) - Roof and Wall mount solar setup including solar panels (140 watt, two units) and charge controller (12V, 30A) - Batteries (12V, two units with a capacity of 170 amp-hour each). Period of Performance The contract period of performance is from June 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at Rocky Mountain National Park, specifically at the Meadow Mountain repeater site located at Latitude 40°10'30.9"N and Longitude 105°34'14.1"W.
