Background The 88th Army Reserve Readiness Division (RD) was established in 2009 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. This command supports approximately 50,000 Soldiers across 19 states, providing exceptional base operations support for Soldiers in the Northwest region. The objective of this contract is to ensure that refuse services are performed in a manner that maintains dumpsters and surrounding areas in a clean, neat, and professional appearance as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work Details The Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform refuse services as defined in the PWS. The Contractor will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of dumpsters/containers and the surrounding areas at six Army Reserve facilities located in Bloomington, Canton, Decatur, Peru, Springfield, and Urbana, Illinois. The contractor must adhere to the standards outlined in the PWS and ensure that any provided drawings or maps are used for reference only. The contractor is also responsible for verifying actual site conditions and measurements. Period of Performance The period of performance includes one Base Period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 and four optional periods of performance each lasting 12 months. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at six Army Reserve facilities located at: IL006 - 1109 E.
