Work Details The contractor shall provide the following: - Supply of compressed gases including nitrogen, carbon dioxide, oxygen, argon, and specialty gas mixtures. - Rental or lease of gas cylinders, including high-pressure and liquid Dewar’s. - Delivery and pick-up services for gases and cylinders. - Cylinder tracking and inventory management. - Maintenance of cylinders in compliance with safety regulations. - Emergency support and troubleshooting services. Performance standards include: - Deliveries must occur within 1-2 business days of order placement. - No overdue cylinders for recertification or leak testing. - Emergency service calls must be responded to within 24 hours. - Replacement of damaged or defective equipment within 48 hours.
