Background The University of North Carolina at Pembroke (UNCP) is seeking competitive proposals for Online Graduate Program Marketing and Recruitment Services. The goal of this contract is to enhance the university's online degree programs by evaluating the marketplace, marketing new and existing programs, recruiting students, and supporting their conversion from admitted to enrolled status. Work Details The selected vendor will provide the following services: 1. Market Research: Conduct ongoing analysis of prospective student markets for both new and existing online programs. 2. Marketing & Lead Generation: Develop messaging and branding aligned with UNCP's strategic marketing plan to generate quality leads and support student enrollment conversion. 3. Recruitment & Enrollment Services: Use a Customer Relationship Management system to document student contacts, qualify prospects, and ensure ongoing communication post-acceptance. 4. Student and Faculty Support: Offer optional support services for students and faculty with associated fees only if utilized. 5. 24/7 Helpdesk and Technical Support: Establish operational procedures for continuous student support during recruitment and enrollment phases. 6. Optional Services: Provide information on additional services that may interest UNCP. Period of Performance The contract will have an initial term of three (3) years starting from the effective date of the contract execution, with options for up to seven (7) additional one-year renewals at the discretion of the State. Place of Performance The services will be performed primarily in North Carolina, specifically for the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. Bidder Requirements Vendors must be registered as a North Carolina Vendor in good standing through the Electronic Vendor Portal (eVP). They must comply with all applicable state laws regarding fair employment practices, including not discriminating against employees or applicants based on protected characteristics.
