Providing construction engineering and management services including project coordination, quality assurance, cost management, and schedule adherence. 3. Conducting weekly inspections to monitor progress and compliance with project specifications. 4. Overseeing final waterline connections and hydrostatic pressure testing. 5. Preparing as-built drawings reflecting any deviations from initial designs. 6. Accompanying AMLP for final inspection and preparing a Construction Completion Memorandum summarizing work performed. Period of Performance The contract term is one year, with an estimated completion time frame of five to eight weeks required to finish the remaining construction tasks. Place of Performance The work will be performed in Madrid, located within Santa Fe County, New Mexico.
