Background The 88th Army Reserve Readiness Division, established in 2009 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, supports approximately 50,000 Soldiers across 19 states. The mission of this division is to provide exceptional base operations support for Soldiers in the Northwest region. The goal of this contract is to perform necessary janitorial/custodial services that maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, sanitary, neat, and professional appearance as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, chemicals, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, quality control, and other items necessary to perform janitorial/custodial services at the Army Reserve facility IL068 located at 9899 Gregory Road Machesney Park, IL 61115. The contractor will not be supervised by the government but will be accountable solely to themselves. Services include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards as outlined in the PWS. The contractor must ensure compliance with quality assurance measures and address any non-conformance issues as they arise. Period of Performance The base period of performance is from April 15, 2026 through March 31, 2027 with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods following this base period and an option to extend services for an additional six (6) months. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at the Army Reserve facility located at 9899 Gregory Road Machesney Park, IL 61115.
