SPECIAL NOTICE The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), 6900 North Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, NV 89086, intends to negotiate a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price, one year contract for repair services of Medtronic O-Arm Equipment at VA Palo Alto Healthcare System awarded to ACIST Medical Systems, Inc. as a sole source contract. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Medtronic, has only authorized ACIST Medical Systems, Inc. to provide repair services for O-Arm equipment. The government intends to award the contract on 03/24/2026 to ACIST Medical Systems, Inc., 7905 Fuller Road, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 SAM UEI: LMVLAN4TEM45 CAGE CODE: 4QZS7.The estimated Period of Performance will be 04/24/2026-04/23/2027. This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contracting Officer within three (3) calendar days of this publication by contacting John Waldrip via email at john.waldrip@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Those interested firms must indicate whether they are large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or woman owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned.
