NetApp Maintenance Support (12 Months)

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology (OI&T), Infrastructure Operations (IO) requires hardware maintenance for existing Netapp equipment located at Austin Information Technology Center (AITC), Philadelphia Information Technology Center (PITC), Hines Information Technology Center (HITC), and Capital Region Readiness Center (CRRC), identified in the PD Attachment A. The NetApp hardware maintenance will consist of hardware maintenance to repair and/or replace equipment components necessary to restore full operations and accessibility to the original configuration.
