Background The Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) is responsible for providing support to the Department of Defense in the area of microelectronics. The goal of this contract is to renew existing Keysight Technologies software licenses utilized by DMEA engineers for semiconductor device characterization and simulation. These licenses are critical for performing model parameter extraction, model optimization, and model quality assurance. The renewal ensures that DMEA engineers can continue their essential duties without interruption. Work Details The contractor is required to renew the service agreement for the following Keysight software licenses until 28 February 2026: 1. W8500BP/12389578 - ICCAP Device modeling platform Node-Locked bundle license (Quantity: 1) 2. W8628BP/14078624 - MBP/MQA Device Modeling Extraction and Modeling Quality Assurance software bundle license (Floating, Quantity: 1) 3. W8640EP/14078627 - MQA Viewer site software license (Floating, Quantity: 1) 4. W8500BP/12389579 - ICCAP Device modeling platform Node-Locked bundle license (Quantity: 1) 5. W2341EP/12389425 - Momentum Element license Node-Locked (Quantity: 1) 6. W2200BP/12389420 - ADS Core license (Floating, Quantity: 1) 7. W2200BP/12389421 - ADS Core License (Floating, Quantity: 1) 8. W2300EP/12389422 - Harmonic Balance Element License (Floating, Quantity: 1) 9. W2402BP/12389411 - EMPro Core, RFPro UI, FEM bundled software license (Floating, Quantity: 1) 10. W2321EP/12389423 - Layout and Advanced Layout element license (Floating, Quantity: 1). Additionally, the contractor must procure one (1) W7016E PathWave IC-CAP Power Electronics PowerMOS SiC extraction package perpetual license and provide technical support and software updates during the contract period. Period of Performance The period of performance for the contract is until 28 February 2026. Place of Performance The services will be performed at locations where DMEA engineers operate.
