Background The 88th Army Reserve Readiness Division (RD) was established in 2009 at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, supporting approximately 50,000 Soldiers across 19 states. The mission of the division is to provide exceptional base operations support for Soldiers in the Northwest region. This contract aims to ensure that grounds maintenance services are performed to maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance at multiple sites in Illinois. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for grounds maintenance services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services include lawn maintenance, aeration, fertilization, weed control, and general spring and fall cleanup. The contractor is responsible for performing these services to the standards outlined in the PWS. The contractor will not exercise supervision or control over the contract service providers; they will be accountable solely to the Contractor. The contractor must verify actual site conditions and measurements as provided drawings or maps may not be to scale. Period of Performance The period of performance is from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods and an option to extend services for up to six (6) months. Active performance periods are from April through November each year. Place of Performance Grounds maintenance services will be performed at multiple sites in Illinois including Army Reserve facility IL035 located at 401 Anderson Road Forest Lake, IL 60037; IL068 at 9899 Gregory Road Machesney Park, IL 61115; and IL131 at 3155 Blackhawk Drive Fort Sheridan, IL 60037.
