Background The West Virginia Adjutant General's Office is soliciting bids on behalf of the Construction and Facilities Management Office to establish a contract for the one-time purchase of herbicide application(s) in support of the 2026 Invasive Species Eradication Plan for Camp Dawson Army Training Site, located in Preston County, WV. The goal of this contract is to manage and eradicate invasive plant species as part of the Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan. Work Details The contractor will provide herbicide application services as specified in the attached documents. The work includes targeting invasive species within designated areas such as the Camp Dawson Security Fence, motor pools, generators, and training areas. The services are to be performed according to the specifications outlined in the Invasive Species Eradication Plan (ISEP) developed by the Camp Dawson Environmental Office. Period of Performance The contract period will commence upon issuance of the Award Document and will conclude once all contracted goods have been delivered and services rendered, but no later than one fiscal year from the date of award. Place of Performance The work will be performed at Camp Dawson Army Training Site, located in Preston County, West Virginia. Bidder Requirements Vendors must be properly registered with the West Virginia Purchasing Division and must have paid any applicable fees. They are required to maintain appropriate licenses and insurance throughout the duration of the contract.
