OP SAIL 250 Temporary Lodging for US Coast Guard in NJ and NY Purpose: The Coast Guard is issuing this sources sought notice for market research purposes to identify parties having an interest in providing temporary lodging for the US Coast Guard. NAICS: 721110 - Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels Disclaimer: This sources sought notice is not a request for quotation. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred nor is it obligated to respond. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. After reviewing responses to this sources sought notice, and if the USCG still plans to proceed with the acquisition, a solicitation announcement may be published on www.sam.gov or distributed to contract holders if a strategically-sourced vehicle is deemed appropriate. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the Contract Opportunities on www.sam.gov. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information on potential capable sources to include their size and GSA Schedule if applicable. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response to this sources sought notice. The Government reserves the right to use any information provided by respondents for any purpose determined necessary and legally appropriate. Request: The US Coast Guard Sector New York is seeking temporary lodging services to support personnel participating in the SAIL 250 large scale maritime event from June 24, 2026, to July 12, 2026. The requirement is for lodging accommodations and associated services for approximately 640 personnel distributed across four locations: Staten Island, NY (200 personnel), Sandy Hook, NJ (150 personnel), Bayonne, NJ (150 personnel) and Manhattan, NY (Midtown) (140 personnel) South of Central Park, NY.
