Lease of Convention Center Spaces

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source purchase order in accordance with (IAW) FAR Subpart 12.2 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order for lease of space and support services to the Jacob K. Javits Center dba New York Convention Center Operating Corporation. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated period of performance will be for 17 days. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
