The Mid-Atlantic Tribal Health Center (MATHC) is a newly established clinic designed to serve federally recognized tribes in Virginia, providing essential services such as primary care, pharmacy, dietary, dental, and behavioral health. This acquisition seeks to secure general maintenance services for the clinic to ensure its operational readiness. Work Details The contractor will provide all necessary equipment, labor, supplies, tools, materials, and transportation for various maintenance tasks at MATHC. Responsibilities include: - Light electrical work - Carpentry - General maintenance - Pest control - Plumbing - Mechanical tasks such as installing baby changing stations and soap/sanitizer dispensers - Other small skilled jobs. The contractor must ensure that all work is performed during normal clinic hours (Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm), with most jobs expected to be completed in less than one day.
