This contract supports the Mid-Atlantic Tribal Health Center (MATHC) in establishing direct care services for seven newly federally recognized tribes by providing a comprehensive healthcare clinic. The acquisition involves the purchase and installation of a WiFi network that complies with IHS and Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) requirements. Work Details The contractor is required to install a turnkey WiFi network that includes a switch, firewall, and access points compliant with IHS and DHHS standards. Key requirements include: 1. Installation of Cisco switch (or equivalent approved by NAS DIRM). 2. The WiFi network is for internal use only; guest services are not permitted. 3. The network must process Personally Identifiable Information/Personal Health Information (PII/PHI) securely. 4. Compliance with IHS DIS SOP-09-36 Wireless Network Security Standards and other referenced documents. 5. WLAN products must meet IEEE 802.11 standards. 6. Quarterly WLAN scanning to identify unauthorized access points. 7. Data in transit must be filtered through a firewall. 8. Maintain an inventory of all access points with static IP addresses. 9. Include access points for outdoor triage if necessary. 10. Implement security measures such as MAC-based authentication, disabling ESSID broadcasting, and using unique ESSID names.
