Background The College of Charleston is seeking a Community Engagement Facilitator to support its mission of enhancing community involvement and engagement. The goal of this contract is to facilitate community engagement initiatives that align with the college's objectives. Work Details The contractor will provide services as a Community Engagement Facilitator for a duration of 12 months. The specific services include: 1. Developing and implementing community engagement strategies; 2. Organizing and facilitating community meetings and events; 3. Collaborating with local organizations and stakeholders to promote community involvement; 4. Evaluating the effectiveness of engagement activities and providing feedback for improvement. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a period of 12 months, starting from the date of award. Place of Performance The services will be performed at various locations within the College of Charleston's service area, primarily in Charleston, South Carolina. Bidder Requirements Bidders must register as a vendor on the College's Procurement Platform to view the solicitation details. Additionally, bidders must provide references from at least three current customers for whom they have provided similar services. If subcontracting is intended for more than 10% of the work, bidders must identify potential subcontractors.
