Summary

This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation for proposals, and no contract will be awarded from this notice. The 49th Contracting Squadron at Holloman AFB, NM is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a multi-ship civilian jet aerobatic demonstration team for the upcoming 2026 Air Show & Open House, scheduled for April 16-19, 2026. 2.0 REQUIREMENT The Government is seeking qualified performers capable of providing a six-ship civilian-owned and operated jet aerobatic team flying L-39 Albatros aircraft. The required services include, but are not limited to: - Performing one (1) six-ship aerobatic demonstration per show day (two total). The standard performance shall be approximately 25-30 minutes in duration. The team must also have a modified, shorter routine for inclement weather. - The team must be a fully-formed, established team with significant experience performing together. - All pilots must possess current FAA Statement of Aerobatic Competency (SAC) cards and all necessary ratings. - The vendor must be able to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance compliant with FAR 52.228-5, Insurance Work on a Government Installation. - The team must possess current and valid DoD-recognized airshow certification and be able to provide DD Forms 2400, 2401, and 2402 upon request. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for this service. 3.0 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Interested parties who consider themselves fully qualified to provide this service must submit a capability statement. The statement shall be submitted via email to the point of contact listed below and should not exceed five (5) pages. The capability statement must include:
