Background The 823d RED HORSE Squadron, operating on Holloman Air Force Base (HAFB), NM, requires various raw materials for construction and training operations. The goal of this contract is to procure base course material, concrete, asphalt, and prime coat oil to support ongoing projects at the base. The contractor is expected to deliver materials that meet specific standards and specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Work Details The contractor shall provide the following materials: - **Base Course**: 2,500 tons of base course material (3/4 inch, 143.6 PCF, +80 CBR) for training operations. Deliveries must include certified waybills and delivery tickets. Laboratory test reports proving compliance with ASTM standards are required. Coarse aggregate from multiple sources must be stockpiled separately. - **Concrete**: Approximately 2,100 cubic yards of wet concrete mix using Type V Cement with a 5,000 PSI rating. - **Asphalt**: Approximately 350 tons of P401 Hot Mix Asphalt. - **Prime Coat Oil**: Approximately 380 gallons of asphalt prime coat oil. Delivery periods are specified for each material: Base Course by June 3, 2026; Concrete starting June 15, 2026; Asphalt and Prime Coat starting August 11, 2026.
