Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Decommissioning, removal, and legal disposal of the existing dock lift and associated components. 2. Site preparation for new installation in accordance with the Statement of Work and manufacturer’s instructions. 3. Procurement and installation of new dock lifts along with necessary site and utility improvements. 4. Providing startup, testing, and training for government staff on the operation and maintenance of the new lifts. 5. Ensuring all work is performed in a neat, workmanlike manner compliant with applicable codes. 6. Managing project waste responsibly, including recycling and legal disposal of debris. 7. Sequencing demolition and installation activities to minimize disruption to facility operations, coordinating logistics with facility staff as necessary. 8. Providing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, utilities, supervision, safety equipment, and incidentals required for a complete installation.
