Background The Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks (VHSO) requires the procurement of six (6) new Laundry Weight Carts to replace existing units that have reached the end of their lifecycle. This acquisition is essential to ensure compliance with workload handling requirements, accuracy of weight measurements, and operational efficiency within the Laundry/EMS workflow. Work Details Contractor shall provide six (6) Laundry Weight Carts with Digital Indicator and Load Cell as per the Statement of Work. Each cart must meet or exceed the following specifications: - Load capacity: 120–150 pounds (operational load). - Physical dimensions: Width: 35.5 inches, Depth: 39.5 inches, Height: 56 inches. - Mobility: Four (4) swivel wide-track casters with a minimum load capacity of 450 lb per caster for smooth maneuverability under full load. - Weighing system: Industrial-grade load cell technology with a digital LCD indicator capable of displaying decimal pounds and kilograms. The contractor must provide factory preassembled, calibrated units that are fully functional upon delivery.
