Work Details The project involves: 1. Removing existing deteriorated windows from the basement; 2. Infilling the openings with reinforced concrete; 3. Removing and replacing deteriorated parging and finishes; 4. Repairing any encountered damaged or deteriorated concrete via vertical concrete repair patching; 5. Removing existing concrete and masonry window wells, capping off well drains, backfilling, and compacting after installation of a liquid-applied weather resistive concrete coating.
