Background The State of Wisconsin, represented by the Department of Administration and the State Bureau of Procurement, is seeking bids for Class 4 Flat and/or Folded Lithographic printing services. This initiative aims to establish a statewide mandatory contract for various printing jobs, as outlined in Chapter 35.34 of the Wisconsin Statutes. The contract will facilitate the printing of materials on coated or uncoated paper using a sheet-fed lithographic process, including normal finishing operations such as padding, folding, scoring, and drilling. Work Details The contract encompasses the following services: - Printing on one or two sides using sheet-fed lithographic processes. - Normal finishing operations including padding, folding, scoring, and drilling (binding is excluded). - The contract includes eight LOTs (A through H) with quantities ranging from 100 to 500,000 sheets. - The contractor must provide all materials and services necessary for manufacturing and delivering printed products as ordered by state agencies. - Insured shipping of finished products is required along with the return of artwork and samples with invoices. - The contractor must have capabilities for electronic file submission and must return original files at no charge. Period of Performance The initial contract term is one year, with options for two additional one-year renewals upon mutual agreement between the procuring agency and the contractor. Place of Performance The services will be performed within the contractor's facility in Wisconsin; however, specific delivery locations may vary based on agency orders. Bidder Requirements Bidders must have at least three years of experience in print production as described in section 1.2.1. All work must be performed within the contractor's plant unless otherwise permitted by the Department. Bids from brokers will not be accepted.
