Background

The Department of Administration (DOA) is seeking bids for the printing of the WI Division of Energy – Home Energy Plus 3 Piece Multi-Language Various Publications. The goal of this contract is to provide printed materials in multiple languages to support energy assistance programs.

Checklist: - Quantity: - English: 17,761 (Paper: 60# Opaque Offset Light Green) - Spanish: 6,857 (Paper: 60# Opaque Offset Light Orange) - Hmong: 1,152 (Paper: 60# Opaque Offset Light Purple) - Size: 8-1/2” x 11” - Ink: Black Ink front only (1/0) All printed materials must be delivered to a total of 43 unique shipping locations, with specific quantities for each item as outlined above. The contractor must ensure that all cartons are labeled correctly and packed securely for delivery.

Period of Performance

The contract period will extend until all materials are delivered by August 29, 2026.

Place of Performance

Delivery is required to various locations across Wisconsin as specified in the attached mailing list.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must perform all work within their facility unless otherwise approved by the department. Bidders are required to submit a completed DOA-3832 Bidder Required Form and ensure compliance with Wisconsin sales and use tax regulations. The contractor must maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information and ensure quality control throughout the printing process.
