Freight Elevator Overhaul at Thickening Building 256

The project contemplated consists of the rehabilitation of many elements of a freight elevator in the Thickening Building No. 256 at the Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility ( JIWRF ). The elevator is a 1987 Otis Freight Elevator with an Esco Controller. Major components requiring an overhaul include door operators, power unit, fixtures, machine room equipment, cab interior finish, door equipment, and hoist way equipment.
