Background The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), specifically the Florida Forest Service (FFS), is seeking competitive bids for the complete installation of approximately 128 acres of irrigation piping within the Withlacoochee State Forest, located in Brooksville, Florida.
