Rapid Diver Equipment

Background

Sarasota County is seeking quotes from bidders to provide rapid diver equipment for the Sarasota County Fire Department. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the fire department has access to the necessary equipment for water rescue operations, thereby enhancing their operational capabilities in emergency situations.

Work Details

The contractor will supply the following items: 1. Rapid Diver Pro Aqualung - Public Safety, Qty: 7 2. Apeks RK3-HD Hi-Viz Fins (Medium), Qty: 7 3. XS Scuba Water Boot for Fins (Size 12), Qty: 7 4. OTS Guardian FFM (Black Skirt/Blue Hardware) including ABV-1, LP Hose, and Mask Bag, Qty: 7 5. Earphone/Microphone Assemblies (Fits OTS Guardian/Spectrum), Qty: 7 6. POWERCOM 3000 D (4 CH, 25 Watt Diver Unit), Qty: 7 7. Power Comm 3 (4 CH, 25 Watt Surface Station), Qty: 1 8. Force 6 Knife (Yellow, twist lock, compact, blunt), Qty: 7. All products must be new and comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed upon award and must be completed within a timeframe agreed upon in the Purchase Order. Products are to be delivered no later than 30 days after receipt of a County Purchase Order.

Place of Performance

Products are to be delivered to Sarasota County Fire Department located at 5875 Hummingbird Ave., Sarasota, FL 34241.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must provide proof of required licenses and certifications at the time of bid submission. Additionally, bidders are required to maintain insurance coverage as specified by Sarasota County's insurance requirements.
