Rev-Trac Software System

Background

The Florida Department of Revenue is seeking to procure support for its Rev-Trac Software System, a configuration management tool developed by Revelation Software Concepts. The goal of this contract is to ensure the effective maintenance and support of the Rev-Trac product, which is integral to managing changes within the SAP environment.

Work Details

The contractor will provide annual support for the Rev-Trac Software System, which includes: 1. Rev-Trac Annual Support Fees for Initial System 2. Rev-Trac Annual Support Fees for mySAP BW and CRM. The support services encompass 24x7 desk access, updates and patches, and upgrades. Users will have access to support through multiple channels: direct phone contact to the support team, a 24x7 help desk hotline, email communication, and a website support area. All support requests will be logged and tracked until resolution.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance

Services will be provided at the Florida Department of Revenue located at Building 2-1600; 2450 Shumard Oak Blvd, Tallahassee, FL 32399.

Bidder Requirements

This is an intended single source purchase from Revelation Software Concepts Pty Ltd, as they are the only provider certified by SAP for installation of their change management tool within the SAP environment.
