Work Details The contractor will support the Garrison Installation Religious Support Office (IRSO) and Catholic Chaplain/Priest in conducting religious services. Key tasks include: - Assisting with administrative tasks related to religious services for the Catholic population; - Ensuring alignment with policies defined for Pastoral Care of Catholic Personnel as published by the Archdiocese; - Serving as a special resource person for the Chaplain Corps; - Consulting and coordinating with endorsed Catholic priest/deacon and Garrison IRSO personnel. The contractor must develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure compliance with service requirements, submit this plan within ten workdays after contract award, and receive acceptance from the government. Performance will be evaluated under a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), which outlines performance standards, surveillance frequency, and acceptable quality levels. Work shall not be performed on U.S. federally recognized holidays unless requested by the government, and specific provisions are made for work during holidays such as Mass services.
