Background This contract is issued by the Fort Campbell, Kentucky Integrated Religious Support Office (IRSO) under the Chaplain’s Religious Support Program. The mission of this program is to provide military religious support activities that meet the religious requirements of Soldiers, Families, and authorized civilians. The primary goal is to ensure the free exercise of religion as mandated by USC Title X. The contractor will assist the Catholic Chaplain and Priest in conducting religious services according to Roman Catholic Church guidelines and relevant military policies. Work Details The contractor shall provide Catholic Administrative Pastoral Life Coordinator services which include: - Assisting in conducting religious services; - Developing and providing a monthly Catholic Community calendar with important events; - Creating weekly bulletins and announcements; - Maintaining Catholic Community Registration; - Collecting and supporting Sacramental Records; - Attending required meetings for information exchange; - Ensuring compliance with Army Regulation 165-1 and Installation Chaplain Policies. The contractor must become knowledgeable about the Catholic Community and Garrison Religious Support program through reviewing SOPs, program schedules, and other relevant documents. Period of Performance The contract will be performed over a base period of 12 months starting from March 20, 2026, with four additional option periods of 12 months each, concluding on March 19, 2031.
