Please see the attached document titled Statement of Work for exact details required. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). The submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary, and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred by respondents. Interested parties who believe they are capable of meeting the requirement described above are invited to submit a capability statement. Your response must be limited to five (5) pages and should include the following: - Company name, address, point of contact, phone number, and email address. - Company's business size and any socioeconomic status (e.g., Small Business, Woman-Owned, etc.). - A detailed description of your company's technical capability to provide the required implementation services, including any status as a licensed or authorized partner of Carefusion/BD. - A summary of past performance and experience with implementing the Alaris Systems Manager software in a similar healthcare environment. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
