The Health Readiness Contracting Office at Fort Detrick, MD, is issuing this sources sought synopsis to conduct market research and identify qualified businesses with the interest and capability to fulfill this requirement. The requirement is for the establishment of a virtual server that interfaces with CareFusion Alaris infusion pumps and Point-of-Care Units (PCUs), along with the procurement of annual software licenses. This requirement is considered "all or none," meaning partial solutions will not be accepted. The results of this market research will help determine the method of procurement. The Health Readiness Contracting Office intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole-source contract for the establishment of a virtual server that interfaces with CareFusion Alaris infusion pumps and Point-of-Care Units (PCUs). This contract will be in support of Blanchfield Army Community Hospital (BACH) at Fort Campbell, KY. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis; a written solicitation will not be issued at this time. The solicitation number is W81K04-26-Q-A027 and is anticipated to be issued as a direct contract award unless market research reveals other authorized distributors for CareFusion Alaris Infusion pump software. Please see the attached document titled Statement of Work for exact details required. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). The submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary, and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred by respondents. Interested parties who believe they are capable of meeting the requirement described above are invited to submit a capability statement. Your response must be limited to five (5) pages and should include the following: - Company name, address, point of contact, phone number, and email address. - Company's business size and any socioeconomic status (e.g., Small Business, Woman-Owned, etc.). - A detailed description of your company's technical capability to provide the required implementation services, including any status as a licensed or authorized partner of Carefusion/BD. - A summary of past performance and experience with implementing the Alaris Systems Manager software in a similar healthcare environment. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition.
