Group C

Miscellaneous** includes: - Gas cans, poly sheeting, extension cords, epoxy cups, spray equipment, and super glue from specified manufacturers. Bidders must quote on all items listed to be eligible for an award and provide the most current part numbers available. Descriptive literature must be included if quoting an equivalent item.

Period of Performance

The contract will be performed over three years from the date of award with two additional one-year options to extend.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with the mandatory Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program participation requirement of at least 25% as per City of Milwaukee Ordinance Chapter 370 Section 5. They must submit a Contractor Compliance Plan (Form A) detailing their SBE participation and include proof of SBE certification. Failure to meet these requirements will render bids unresponsive.
