Fresh Produce and Specialty Food Items

Background

The University of Wisconsin-Stout, through its Purchasing Services Department, is seeking bids for the provision of fresh produce and specialty food items for its Dining Services department. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of high-quality food products to support the university's dining operations.

Work Details

The contractor will provide a variety of fresh produce and specialty food items as specified in the Terms and Requirements document. Bidders are required to complete Attachment A (Cost Sheet) and submit it along with their bid response. The specific types and quantities of food items are expected to meet the needs of the university's dining services.

Period of Performance

The contract is expected to commence on July 17, 2026, following an estimated award date of July 10, 2026.

Place of Performance

The services will be performed at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, located in Menomonie, Wisconsin.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must complete the Bidder Required Form (DOA-3832) and provide a client list of three firms to which similar items/services have been provided in the past three years. Bidders must also indicate if they are a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (DVB), or Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE). Additionally, bidders must have an online profile with JAGGAER to submit their bids electronically.
