Signage for UW-River Falls

Background

The University of Wisconsin-Shared Services, on behalf of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, is seeking bids for the production and installation of signage on the River Falls Campus. This initiative aims to enhance campus visibility and communication through various signage solutions.

Work Details

The contract includes the following products and services: 1. Lot 1 - Banners:

Display Banner

1 unit, size 5’ x 3’, full color, made from 13 oz vinyl with grommets.

Light Pole Banner

1 unit, size 24” x 61.5”, three color, made from single ply 18 oz matte block vinyl with specific grommet placements.

Exterior Wall Banner

1 unit, size 36.29’ x 29.37’, full color, made from woven mesh vinyl; installation included in price. 2. Lot 2 - Retractable Display Banner:

Retractable Display Banner

1 unit, assembled size of 85 inches x 33.5 inches x 11.5 inches, full color, laminated vinyl with retractable base. 3. Lot 3 - Wraps:

Window Wrap

1 unit, size 55” x 96”, three color, made from two-sided colored window vinyl.

Interior Wall Wrap

1 unit, size 31” x 81”, three color, made from 2 mm adhesive vinyl.

Interior Pole Wrap

1 unit, size 48” x 99”, three color, made from 2 mm adhesive vinyl.

Small Project Wrap

1 unit, size 28” x 48”, three color, made from vinyl. 4. Lot 4 - Interior Mounted Signs:

Acrylic Signs

1 unit, size 48” x 24”, three color, made from acrylic; installation included in price.

Photo Signs

1 unit, size 28” x 47”, full color photograph on half-inch thick black Sintra.

Period of Performance

The contract period begins upon award and is expected to be completed by June 25, 2026.

Place of Performance

All work will be performed on the River Falls Campus of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must have an online profile with JAGGAER to submit a bid. Additionally, bidders are required to provide a client list of three firms for similar services provided in the past three years and indicate their classification as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (DVB), or Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) if applicable.
